The software we use to create and verify Engineered class pulley designs
emulates Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Our customized interface makes it possible to
fine tune each aspect of the pulley structure with a goal to equalize and minimize
incidence and range of stresses. Pulley shell, endplates, shafts, locking devices and
bearings are all examined and optimized as a part of a complex construction subjected to
dynamic load conditions. Special emphasis is put on ensuring that adequate materials have
been selected for each application. Our trained technical personnel are always available
to offer explanations and technical details regarding specific designs or products.
Validity of RASP
designs has been verified through numerous parallel FEM analyses performed by independent
engineers, on many successfully completed projects in some of the most demanding and challenging environments and through years of product
performance.
